Job Summary

As an Anthem Escrow Researcher, you will work with the escrow team to research and verify property information gathered and communicate results for residential, new construction, refinance, and commercial properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to prioritize in a high volume/fast paced environment realizing their work impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team
• Must have high level of organization with the ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy of information gathered throughout the process
• Builds effective internal and external relationships with Escrow, Title, and Sales through the delivery of truly remarkable service
• Acts as a neutral liaison between file parties, evaluates and selects solutions from existing procedures or precedents while adhering to company policy, and monitors and mitigates risk to the company
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills that allow for recognizing and solving atypical problems that occur
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex information
• Exceptional research ability, combined with sound analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education/Experience

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Previous research experience with associated training
• Experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous
