The Lawn Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing quality lawn care services on a variety of property types. Working primarily with a small team, the technician will perform routine lawn maintenance tasks using standard lawn equipment in a part-time, seasonal capacity. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent customer interaction skills to ensure properties are well-maintained and clients are satisfied.

 

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and weed lawns on mixed property types
• Maintain and operate standard lawn care equipment safely and effectively
• Remove debris and keep work areas clean
• Perform minor equipment maintenance to ensure proper functioning
• Engage professionally with customers to address needs and provide updates
• Work collaboratively within a small team to complete assigned tasks

 

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in lawn mowing and landscaping techniques
• Skilled in operating lawn maintenance equipment
• Strong time management abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor, physical labor
