Loader/Unloader

Partners Personnel Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and physically fit individuals to join our team as Loaders/Unloaders. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by efficiently loading and unloading materials from crates. This position requires teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to work swiftly to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to load and unload materials safely and efficiently from crates.
Carry out routine checks on materials to ensure they meet quality standards before and after handling.
Bend, lift, and stand for extended periods while maintaining a quick pace throughout your shift.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading and unloading areas.
Report any damages or discrepancies in materials to your supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [specific weight] lbs) consistently throughout the shift.
Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Strong work ethic.
Willingness to work flexible hours, project-based assignments.
