Talent Acquisition SpecialistPosition Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with Baltimore Aircoil Company's (BAC) hiring teams to deliver full life-cycle recruitment across front line, technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, shaping a positive hiring experience, and positioning BAC as an employer of choice. You will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leverage data and technology (including AI-enabled tools), and influence both candidates and hiring leaders to drive strong hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute hiring strategies aligned to workforce needsServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by setting expectations, sharing market insight, and guiding hiring decisionsLead full life-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and closeBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, social platforms, and industry networksDeliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience for candidates and hiring teams with clear, timely communicationUse data, reporting, and market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and speed to hireLeverage AI and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall efficiencyCoordinate offer development and negotiation to secure top talentEnsure compliance with employment laws, OFCCP requirements, and company policiesSupport hiring events, site visits, and recruiting initiativesNature & Scope: Reports to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, and supports hiring primarily at our Madera, California plant. The Talent Acquisition Specialist operates in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities driven by business demand and growth.This role requires:Close partnership with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and external partnersOwnership of requisitions and accountability for hiring outcomesA balance of strategic thinking and hands-on executionThe ability to influence hiring decisions without direct authorityAn ongoing focus on improving processes, candidate experience, and recruiting effectivenessKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholdersActive listening skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to connect day-to-day recruiting execution to broader hiring goalsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong relationship-building and networking skillsHigh attention to detail and accountabilityAbility to guide conversations and navigate offer discussionsCurious, improvement-oriented mindsetExperience using AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve efficiencyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open rolesCustomer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and partnershipMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environmentsExperience advising hiring managers on recruiting strategies, HR practices, and employment regulations (including OFCCP compliance)Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing across digital and traditional channelsExperience using an ATS (UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred)Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidatesAbility to build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategiesStrong organizational skills, follow-through, and personal accountabilityExperience in either an in-house or agency recruiting environmentWorking Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
