Clinician l, Bilingual (Regular Full-Time, Hourly) Program: Maria Sardinas Wellness & Recovery Center (South SD) Region: South San Diego Career Type: Clinicians Hours : 40 hours per week. Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm; Wednesday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm. Pay Rate : $37.02 to $37.39 per hour. $5,000 bilingual differential add-on to annual salary for this position. Education : Master’s degree in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required. Licensure : Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Waivered Psychology with the California Board of Psychology required. Provide individual and group psychosocial behavioral health services and activities for clients, including COD clients. Assist the client in developing service plan goals, prioritizing areas of need, and steps needed to reach goals established, as well as identified areas of strength. Continually monitor progress toward goals and support clients’ efforts toward self‑sufficiency. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish required for this position. 2+ years of direct work experience in behavioral health or community-based social services programs required. Training and experience working with clients with co‑occurring disorders; Motivational Interviewing training preferred. Able to work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
