About the Opportunity

The Customer Concierge serves as an important first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional assistance by phone and through electronic communications. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering the appropriate information, and connecting customers with the correct person or department.

The Customer Concierge also helps ensure customer inquiries are properly documented and followed up on by logging missed calls for advisors, tracking sales calls, taking accurate messages, and sending and responding to electronic communications as needed.

We’re looking for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable communicating with a wide variety of customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner

• Gather information from callers and direct calls to the appropriate person or department

• Log missed calls for advisors and track incoming sales calls

• Take clear and accurate messages when necessary

• Send and respond to electronic communications

• Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout each interaction

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or training preferred

• Experience in an automotive setting, receptionist position, call center, or similar administrative/clerical role preferred

• Strong telephone, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to accurately document customer information

• Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
