You will work directly with senior legal and compliance stakeholders to understand their operating environments, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions powered by an enterprise-grade AI platform. The role blends strategic advisory work with hands-on implementation, requiring both deep domain expertise and curiosity for emerging technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while also feeding insights back into product and engineering teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and shaping how AI reshapes compliance at scale.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects for enterprise legal and compliance clients, from onboarding through to full deployment and adoption.
• Analyze and deconstruct complex legal and compliance workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
• Translate real-world legal documents, policies, and regulatory requirements into structured logic that can be operationalized within AI systems.
• Support legal, compliance, and business users in adopting, understanding, and effectively using AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Troubleshoot strategic, operational, and technical challenges during implementation and define clear resolution paths.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including General Counsels, compliance leaders, and executive teams.
• Capture and synthesize client feedback and real-world usage insights to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
• Develop scalable implementation frameworks, best practices, and playbooks to support global expansion.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between client needs and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology as the AI platform evolves.

Requirements

• Background in law, legal practice, compliance, regulatory advisory, or strategy consulting within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience working directly with legal or compliance teams, ideally within large organizations or consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of how enterprise legal and compliance functions operate under regulatory and operational pressure.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including General Counsels and compliance leadership teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on systems thinking and process improvement.
• Curiosity and interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging legal tech applications.
• Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into structured, operational workflows.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a builder mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or compliance transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to bridge legal expertise with technology-enabled solutions is a strong advantage.
