About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Business Officer to spearhead the strategic and operational management of its core credential evaluation business. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving operational excellence, optimizing service delivery, and enhancing the customer experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's commercial operations align with its mission as a socially responsible enterprise, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth. The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for managing the core business operations, developing and executing strategic plans for growth and profitability, and overseeing the integration of solutions that enhance the organization's capabilities and customer experience. Key responsibilities for the Chief Business Officer include managing the credential evaluation operations, setting and achieving high-quality service delivery goals, and identifying new revenue streams. The role also involves fostering a culture of innovation, aligning business strategies with market opportunities, and serving as an exceptional leader and coach. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, impact-driven executive with a strong background in operational leadership, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence within a mission-driven, socially responsible enterprise. They will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to refine and execute the organization's vision, mission, and strategic plans.
