Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Route Service Representative – Rental Division Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced position with indoor and outdoor work, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills and Qualifications Required: Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification and documentation regarding previous employment. All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. A strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a teamwork environment. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, comprised of base salary plus earned commissions.
