Work Environment\n

In this fully remote role, you will engage with clients primarily through teletherapy within a structured schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring accurate diagnosis and personalized care.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, tailored to students' unique needs.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and therapeutic interventions aligned with best practices.
  • \n
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to create and deliver client-centered treatment strategies.

  • Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety plans as necessary, responding promptly to student emergencies and ensuring their welfare.

  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support accountability and high-quality service delivery.

  • Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focused on developing coping skills and fostering community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily serve students who face a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and emotional regulation difficulties. Your approach will be rooted in empathy and understanding, allowing you to effectively address the unique challenges each student encounters within the educational environment.

Qualifications\n

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  • Licensure: Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
