Home Health RN - PRN, Flexible Shifts & Tuition Coverage

SSM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and perform interdisciplinary plans of care through assessment and evaluation of patient conditions in home care settings. The RN travels to patient homes, CBRFs, assisted living locations, hospitals or other facilities to meet patient needs and ensure safety and quality of care.
