Director - Quality Programs - ACO

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. This role does require specialized knowledge of a business line. Required Work Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years combined experience in either direct patient care or quality management with at least 5 years of leadership experience. A minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a Medicare Accountable Care Organization and/or Clinically Integrated Network inclusive of employed or consultant work supporting large independent medical groups in participation of in an ACO or CIN. Previous experience in Hierarchical Coding Categories coding and documentation preferred. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Degree in a Healthcare related field
