  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring a customized approach to meet the diverse needs of clients.

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information about clients’ mental health history, needs, and goals, and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing acute mental health distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques.
  • \n
  • Assist clients in identifying and accessing vital community resources, such as mental health services, housing assistance, healthcare options, and financial aid programs.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, other therapists, and healthcare professionals to create a cohesive patient care plan and coordinate effective treatment strategies.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

  • Advocate for client rights, promoting their autonomy and long-term wellness objectives through informed decision-making and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our patient population reflects various socio-economic backgrounds and presents a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and stress management. Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
