What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the ICU setting
• Coordinate care using the hospital's nursing practice model for neonatal and pediatric populations
• Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
• Use clinical judgment to prioritize and delegate interventions
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical records

What You Need

• Valid Texas RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or NICU experience
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of neonatal care protocols and interventions
