About Jadco Gypsum Floor Systems

We're a fast-growing specialty contractor focused exclusively on Texas multifamily construction. Our core services include gypsum underlayment, elevated concrete, and balcony/corridor waterproofing. We're scaling aggressively across the state: Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and beyond. We have the crews and capacity to back up whatever you sell.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us grow our book of business with Texas GCs and multifamily developers across the entire state.

What You'll Do

• Leverage existing relationships with Texas general contractors and multifamily developers to generate new project opportunities
• Identify, pursue, and close new accounts across the Texas multifamily construction market, statewide, not just your home market
• Travel regularly throughout Texas to meet clients, walk job sites, and attend pre-construction meetings in every major market
• Represent Jadco at industry events and build your pipeline across multiple cities simultaneously
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to execution

What We're Looking For

• Established relationships with Texas GCs and/or multifamily developers. This is the #1 requirement
• Prior experience in construction sales, business development, or estimating
• Understanding of the multifamily development and construction cycle in Texas
• Comfortable with frequent statewide travel. This role covers the whole state
• Self-starter who can work independently and drive results without heavy oversight
• Strong communicator who can represent Jadco professionally at all levels

Compensation

We offer a strong base salary with meaningful, results-based upside. We believe in rewarding the people who help us grow. Compensation is structured to reflect that. Specific details will be discussed in the interview process based on your experience and existing book of relationships.
