\n \nAbout this role:
\nAs a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide obstetric and gynecology care in the clinic , act as attending provider for deliveries in the hospital, first assist in the OR, and conduct postpartum inpatient and outpatient care.
\n \nPractice Location : Womens Health Specialists, St. George, UT
\n \nTeam Structure : Join a newly established midwifery division alongside three other experienced CNMs
\n \nCommunity Demand : Immediate opportunity to build a robust patient panelstrong local need for midwifery and gynecology services
\n \nPractice Model : A unique blend of established infrastructure and fresh opportunitystep into a respected clinic in a new capacity
\n \nSupport System : Manage your own panel with collaborative support from three OB/GYN physicians and an inpatient OB hospitalist team
\n \nClinic Schedule : OpenMonday through Friday rotating to accommodate call coverage
\n \nCall Coverage : On-call approximately one fourth of every month, mixed weekdays and weekends, during which youll manage deliveries for your team

\n \nWhat youll bring:
\n- \n
- CNM degree from an accredited program \n
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) \n
- At least 3 years experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife new grads will not be accepted \n
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one \n
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one \n
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process \n
- We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time \n
