We're hiring a Part-Time Shift Leader with supervisory responsibilities to help create a fun, safe, and positive experience for our children and families.

You'll spend your time leading, encouraging kids, helping them learn new skills, working with a great team, and making sure the facility stays organized and running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day

Oversee classes.

• Ensure classes are engaging for preschool and school-age children
• Help children gain confidence
• Adapt your coaching for different ages and abilities
• Follow our curriculum and safety standards
• Build positive relationships with kids and families

Lead the shift.

• Be the go-to team member during assigned shifts
• Help coaches stay organized and classes run on time
• Keep transitions smooth and the facility ready for the next class
• Help teammates when questions or challenges come up
• Communicate important information to management
• Help create a welcoming, professional environment for families

Experience

We'd also love to hear from candidates with experience in:

• Swim
• Gymnastics
• Dance
• Cheer
• Team Sports coaching
• Childcare
• Teaching or education
• Recreation
• Camp programs
• Other youth-focused programs

What We Offer

Starting pay rate: $25–$30/hour | Performance Bonus available | Paid training & shadowing

Part-time schedule with the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibility.
