About the Senior Analyst:

The Senior Analyst position at TDG is a rare and exciting opportunity for junior team members who are extremely smart and ambitious looking to further their careers in the Life Sciences industry and strategy consulting. Analysts will work on projects addressing the reimbursement, pricing, demand creation, health policy, health economics and market strategy needs of clients.

Analysts will support all levels of consulting projects and business development work including:

• Market research (primary and secondary research): Lead components of primary and secondary market research and synthesize findings to inform project direction.
• Data analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis and translate complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into meaningful insights.
• Report and presentation development
• Develop polished, client-ready presentations and reports, ensure clear storylines, accuracy, and strong strategic relevance.
• Track progress across tasks, coordinate with cross-functional team members, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally and respectfully.
• Strategy assessment and commercial insight: Drive strategy assessment and commercial insight generation, proactively identify themes, implications, and recommended actions.
• Mentor Analysts by sharing tools, best practices, and constructive feedback.
• And other duties as assigned

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

• A science or science-related degree from a top-tier university
• 2-4 years of full-time experience in Life Sciences Consulting
• Market Access (pricing, reimbursement, contracting) experience is a plus
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Superior skills in using MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong communication and analytical skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
