Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

JC Porter is searching for a Senior Manager of FP&A for a growing organization that needs a strong finance business partner to help leadership better understand performance, plan for growth, and make smarter operational decisions. This role is more than reporting numbers. The right person will dig into financial and operational trends, build useful models, improve forecasting, and turn data into practical recommendations that leadership can act on. What You’ll Own Build and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning models Prepare leadership reporting that explains performance, trends, risks, and opportunities Analyze revenue, collections, productivity, profitability, and operating metrics Create dashboards and reporting tools that make key business drivers easier to understand Partner with department leaders to review budgets, explain variances, and support planning decisions Develop scenario models to evaluate business changes, investments, staffing needs, and growth initiatives Support ROI analysis, resource allocation, and business case development Improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and data quality Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, operations, revenue cycle, compliance, and executive leadership What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 5–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, healthcare finance, or similar experience Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling background Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance leaders Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Desired Background Healthcare, medical device, revenue cycle, private equity, or consulting experience Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx Advanced financial modeling MBA, CPA, or CFA Why This Role Could Be a Great Fit High visibility with senior leadership Opportunity to influence business decisions, not just report results Strong mix of FP&A, operational analytics, and strategic planning Ideal for someone who enjoys being a true business partner Opportunity to improve systems, reporting, and decision-making across the organization If you’re an FP&A professional who enjoys connecting the numbers to the business and helping leadership make better decisions, this could be a strong next step. #J-18808-Ljbffr JC Porter
