We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Client Engagement Professional to join our Houston team. This position combines client relationship management, business development, customer service, and sales support. The primary focus is developing and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying customer needs and recommending products and services that provide appropriate solutions.

This role is well suited for a professional who enjoys working directly with customers, communicating with business partners, learning about products and services, and taking ownership of client relationships. The position provides hands-on experience in sales, account management, and business development within a professional team environment.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Prepare for client meetings, and product discussions
• Follow up on previous conversations and outstanding opportunities

Connect With Clients

• Communicate with existing and prospective clients in person
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives
• Provide information about relevant company products and services
• Answer questions and provide timely, professional responses
• Maintain consistent communication and follow through on commitments

Identify Opportunities

• Review existing accounts to identify opportunities for additional products or services
• Introduce clients to solutions that may address their needs
• Explain product features, services, and available options clearly and accurately
• Develop new business through client outreach, referrals, networking, and other business-development activities
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective and existing business

Meet With Clients & Business Partners

• Schedule and attend client meetings and local business appointments
• Visit clients to better understand their needs and provide product or service information
• Build and maintain professional relationships with business partners
• Provide ongoing support to business partners and end users
• Educate clients and business partners on company products and services

Manage Accounts & Follow Through

• Maintain accurate account and customer information
• Monitor open requests, opportunities, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
• Resolve questions or problems and communicate solutions to clients
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and processes
