As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading the day-to-day operations and work alongside team members to give every guest a legendary experience. At Pizza Ranch, you will have the ability to drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to provide genuine care for all our staff and guests and to create a legendary impact on those you encounter during your shift.Key Accountabilities:Oversee daily operations and guest satisfaction in the restaurant (and FunZone if applicable)Assist with the training and development of new and existing team membersMaintain high food quality and safety standardsProvide Legendary guest service and lead staff to do the sameBuild Community Engagement by partnering with other organizations and businessesRespond to guest complaints quickly and resolve them effectivelyEnsure that the restaurant follows all Pizza Ranch standards every shiftReports to the General ManagerQualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:High school diploma or GEDRestaurant experience requiredPassion for leading and developing peopleStrong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situationsEffective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skillsProficient in basic computer skillsAbility to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
