IT Infrastructure Support

Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging IT infrastructure changes within established processes. Provides infrastructure support, resolves low-complexity issues, and supports infrastructure and application environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, events, incidents, and changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues using information analysis.
- Support infrastructure technology across a diverse business environment.
- Identify and implement infrastructure components with guidance.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business partners.
- Maintain reporting and documentation related to infrastructure operations.
- Participate in 24x7/on-call rotations as required.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of infrastructure support experience.
- Strong experience with infrastructure monitoring and management.
- Experience with Event, Incident, and Change Management .
- Knowledge of infrastructure and application domains.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in collaborative team environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible to support on-call/24x7 operations.
Important:
Candidates with only basic help desk/service desk experience are not a fit . Candidates must have demonstrated hands-on IT infrastructure support and monitoring experience .
