• 45,000 annual base salary

What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative (Business Development Coordinator), you'll: Prospect and engage business owners through outbound calling Build rapport with CEOs, Presidents, and business decision-makers Schedule qualified appointments for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales Identify business challenges and communicate the value of Cogent Analytics' consulting services Maintain accurate activity within our CRM system Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development Represent Cogent Analytics with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm What We're Looking For We're searching for people who bring energy, determination, and a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, call center, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, or another customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident speaking with executives and business owners Competitive mindset with a desire to win Highly coachable and eager to learn Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Strong problem-solving skills and resilience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Success in this role comes from attitude and effort—not previous industry experience.
