Clinical Nurse Coordinator Pediatric ICU

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Pediatric ICU. In this role, you’ll provide expert, family-centered critical care to high-acuity pediatric patients, coordinate daily unit workflow, and support bedside nurses. Responsibilities include assessing and managing complex pediatric conditions, overseeing evidence-based care plans, assisting with procedures, and monitoring clinical quality and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and families while mentoring staff and supporting education, performance improvement, and a culture of compassion and teamwork.
