About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP & General Manager for its Particulate Control platform. This executive role is pivotal in leading the global business with full P&L ownership, setting and executing long-range strategies, and driving significant growth in the industrial environmental technology market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial engine, including global sales, and will have full operational accountability for manufacturing, project execution, and field services across multiple global locations. A key focus is on margin expansion through disciplined pricing, lean transformation, and the successful delivery of complex engineered-to-order capital projects. The role also involves identifying acquisition targets, leading integrations, and expanding the platform's presence in emerging geographies, all while developing a high-performing global team and maintaining executive relationships with key customers and senior corporate leadership. Applicants for the VP & General Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial, engineered systems, or environmental technologies is required, with a proven track record of P&L leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial air pollution control, filtration, and related technologies, and hands-on experience with a range of specific systems. Industry exposure in sectors such as chemical, petrochemical, power generation, semiconductor, or other heavy industrial sectors is essential. Experience in M&A integration, portfolio transformation, and a strong background in leading global, cross-functional teams are also key requirements. Certifications in Lean/Continuous Improvement and strong strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued.
