In this role, you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.You Will Make an Impact By:* Replicate small/simple substrates through final product including the use of epoxy* Separate, trim, and clean mirror products* Prepare substrates, including vapor hone, mask, bake-out, tooling re-processing* Prepare master optics, including non-destructive cleaning and handling* Prepare submasters, chemical/mechanical processing, cleaning, fixturing* Use mechanical measurement equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gage blocks* Evaluate cosmetic quality of polished and coated surfacesSkills you bring:* Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturing processes, and test procedures preferred* Able to perform repetitive tasks* Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Excel* Must be able to read and write English, good verbal communication skills, good visual acuity, and good manual dexterity.* Work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to understand and follow required work instructions and proceduresCompensation and Benefits:Pay Range: $18.89 - 31.49 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
