Context- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Water process consultant / Project engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and consulting experience to deliver impactful water management solutions for industrial clients. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from diagnostics and audits to solution design and implementation, while also supporting business development and project management activities. What you will do- Technical expertise Deliver water management projects with a proven track record of success. Conduct site visits and perform technical audits to assess water efficiency in industrial water treatment systems. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in water treatment technologies and regulatory requirements. Perform water diagnostics, flow mapping, and develop actionable improvement plans. Select and size appropriate water treatment processes tailored to client needs. Consulting Provide expert consultancy on water processes to both water-centric and non-water industrial clients. Support client engagement efforts and foster strong, long-term relationships. Assist in the development and implementation of customized water treatment programs. Business development andmarket engagement Contribute to the identification, management, and delivery of water-related bids in both private and public sectors, nationally and internationally. Participate in the coordination and preparation of tender documentation and processes. Project management andengineering Lead and manage multidisciplinary water projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Interface with equipment suppliers, technical partners, and subcontractors. Coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. Apply your engineering and consulting experience to oversee significant professional service engagements. What you will bring - Hands-on experience as project enigneer in waterprojects. Mobility and flexibility : Whether you're behind the wheel with a B license or prefer low-carbon commuting, you're ready to travel regularly to client sites. Exceptional communication skills : You excel at synthesizing complex information and presenting it in a way that drives action. Requirements Master Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in water treatment, water efficiency, or industrial water systems. Fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the other language, and fluent in English. Strong project management and client-facing skills. Experience with tendering processes and bid preparation is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Technical expertise Who are we?
