Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist - Salary + Commission - Hybrid

Titan Factory Direct in Georgetown, TX is looking for a high-energy, competitive Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to help generate new business and turn leads into appointments.This is NOT a traditional desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid of the phone, understands social media, and wants their income to grow based on their performance.This position offers a base salary PLUS commission, giving you stability along with the opportunity to earn significantly more by producing results.What You'll DoMake outbound calls and texts to new and existing leadsFollow up with internet leads and previous customersSet qualified appointments for our sales teamWork our CRM database to reactivate older opportunitiesGenerate new leads through Facebook Marketplace and social mediaCreate and post local marketing contentRespond quickly to incoming leadsHelp develop referral and grassroots marketing opportunitiesTrack calls, leads, appointments, and results in our CRMWork both remotely and in-store as neededWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is energetic, persistent, organized and comfortable being measured by results.Sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, recruiting, automotive, real estate, apartment leasing, insurance, call-center or similar experience is a plus.Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus.You should be comfortable making a high volume of calls, following up repeatedly, using social media for business, learning a CRM, and working independently without needing constant supervision.CompensationSalary + CommissionYour base provides stability, while your commissions reward you for the business you help generate.
