Job Description

Facilities / Property Maintenance Technician

Location: Springfield, Ohio
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities / Property Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair work for a locally owned and operated business in Springfield, Ohio. This position requires a well-rounded maintenance background with hands-on experience in drywall, plumbing, and electrical work.

Job Duties

Perform general facility and property maintenance
Complete drywall repairs and related finishing work
Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Identify maintenance issues and complete necessary repairs
Perform preventative maintenance as needed
Maintain properties, facilities, and work areas in good condition
Safely use hand and power tools to complete maintenance projects
Complete additional property maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements

5–10 years of facilities, property, or general maintenance experience
Hands-on experience with drywall repair and installation
Hands-on plumbing experience
Hands-on electrical experience
Strong troubleshooting and general repair skills
Ability to work independently and manage assigned maintenance projects
