Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision of an RN or charge nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions, document vital signs and changes, and respond to urgent concerns per protocol.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote resident comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and communicate resident status.
- Ensure accurate charting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to facility policies.

Requirements
- Active Practical Nurse license.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:30).
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow and update care plans.
- Willingness to complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel for temporary assignment.
