Weekend RN Supervisor

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: Weekends Only | 12-Hour Shifts

Shifts Available: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM 8:00 AM

Compensation: $52.00 $58.00 per hour

A skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn is seeking experienced Weekend RN Supervisors for both day and overnight shifts. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during weekend coverage, ensuring high-quality resident care, and providing clinical support to nursing staff throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent clinical judgment, and prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and clinical operations during assigned weekend shifts
Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
Provide leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Respond to clinical issues, emergencies, and resident concerns
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families as appropriate
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
Investigate incidents and assist with follow-up documentation
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

Qualifications

Active New York State RN license required
Previous RN Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or nursing leadership experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

$52.00 $58.00 per hour
Weekend-only schedule
Day Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM 8:00 AM
