You will be responsible for implementing current standards of nursing care and interpreting hospital policy to employees, patients, families, and physicians. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in resolving conflicts, managing time effectively, and organizing tasks efficiently. You will also mentor and educate staff, serving as a role model and change agent to ensure daily objectives are met.
