Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

I hope you're doing well. I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Nurse Practitioner opportunity with a patient-focused outpatient primary care organization that is transforming healthcare through a value-based care model.
Position Highlights:
- Role: Nurse Practitioner
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Green Valley 85614
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (4x10s may be considered)
- Contract Length: 6 Months
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- EMR: Athena
About the Role: This position focuses primarily on caring for geriatric patients (55+) , including medically complex and high-risk populations. The provider will play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care while helping identify and close care gaps.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate discussed by phone
- 100% Malpractice Paid
- Paid Weekly
