Discovery Database Administrator (DBA) (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Discovery Database Administrator (DBA) Employment Type: Full-Time, Executive-Level Department: Legal Responsibilities Administer Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including configuring security, creating and modifying database objects (tables, indexes, stored procedures), designing SQL reports, and orchestrating maintenance jobs while applying best practices for database optimization. Maintain databases in a clustered server environment, applying expert knowledge of data model design, development, and maintenance. Apply working knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts, including metadata, data modeling, data flow, entity‑relationship diagrams, schema architectures, and query languages to integrate solutions within legacy infrastructure. Implement database mirroring, log shipping, redundancy, high‑availability technologies, and full backup/recovery capabilities for SQL Server 2019 and 2022. Facilitate migration of systems to cloud infrastructure. Upgrade SQL Servers from earlier versions to the latest (2019 and up) and create reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Set up reporting servers and perform all DBA functions, including report development and system architecture design. Benefits We care about our employees.
