Work location Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093 Work hours Part-Time Nights (1845 - 0715) for 24 hours/week. What You Will Do Care of Patient / Technical Skills: Provide assistance to patient according to plan of care. Collect patient data, identify and report significant findings to nurse. Assist in admission/transfer/discharge. Provide and revise patient activities of daily living based on patient/family preferences. Perform technical procedures safely and proficiently. Take action to reduce or eliminate patient risk. Enter orders into computer or manual system if applicable. Document accurately and appropriately. In collaboration/consultation with the nurse, adapt care to reflect patient population. In collaboration/consultation with nurse, incorporate cultural/religious needs and beliefs into delivery of care. Keep patient environment clean and maintain safe environment.
