Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant

Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant supports licensed PTs to deliver rehabilitation care, monitors patient progress, educates patients and families, and maintains a safe therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
2. Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed
3. Monitor patient progress and document treatments accurately
4. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
6. Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current South Dakota PTA license or eligibility
• CPR certification required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
