Service BDC Agent

Job Title

Candidates will receive a mix of both inbound and outbound calls, with inbound being majority of phone traffic. Candidates will be responsible for both online and over the phone with the emphasis of appointment setting. Responsibilities include appointment setting and customer service. Excellent opportunities for advancement, growth and professional development.

Position Responsibilities
  • Ask customers qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately
  • Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly
  • Make service appointments; route appointment information to the appropriate service consultant
  • Provide reporting to dealership management
  • Place outbound calls on a daily basis
  • Meet department objectives on a monthly and daily basis

Requirements

Preferred call center experience

In charge of active chats, text messages, incoming phone calls, outbound phone calls.

Strong understanding of performance-based initiatives

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and have a solid background in all MS Office products

Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to learn new software programs and systems quickly

Ability to multi-task

Have time management skills

High School Diploma or GED is required
