AI-Driven Social Community Manager for Consumer Brands

WITHIN is seeking a hands-on Social Community Manager to live in our brands' Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube comments and DMs, ensuring communities feel cared for daily. You’ll start with a few consumer brands, including workwear and spirits, managing inbound/outbound interactions and real-time engagement.
Responsibilities include inbox sweeps, brand-voice replies, proactive conversations, trend spotting, and monthly sentiment reporting.
