Benefits packages worth an estimated average of $300.00/month . Job Summary In this role, Loss Prevention Security Officers (LPSO’s) can expect to be working in demanding and fast‑paced environments. LPSO’s may find themselves working in a wide range of stores safeguarding items and preventing theft. The LPSO’s mission is to protect all people, information and property assigned, while delivering high‑end customer service. Job Duties / Essential Functions Deliver high‑end customer service Respond to emergencies Detain and prevent theft Perform ingress/egress control procedures Investigate incidents Complete daily logs and incident reports Build and maintain a professional rapport with clients, guests, and co‑workers De‑escalate conflicts Monitor CCTV cameras Perform other related duties as assigned Skills / Qualifications Current and valid State ID High school diploma or GED Must be able to pass drug screen Excellent written and oral communication skills Reliable transportation Extensive use of force knowledge Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, urinalysis screening, and OPS training requirements Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Ability to work under stress / pressure Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to wear a uniform Our Mission To lead the way in caring for, compensating and offering careers to our people, who in turn provide unparalleled professional services to our clients.
