Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)The Center at Tucson is looking to hire PTAs now!Salary Range $28.00 - $30.00 Hourly Job Shift DayJob DescriptionProvide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesObserve patients before, during and after therapy, noting their status and reporting to a physical therapistAssist in developing, implementing and coordinating patient care plans for individual patients in coordination and conjunction with the patients assessmentBrief patient of procedures involved in physical therapy and prepare necessary equipment-reassure patient before and during therapy treatmentFocus on providing the highest quality treatment for patients that allows for excellent patient outcomesRecommend modifications of changes in the patient's therapy program based on evaluation of progressEnsure that all therapy notes are informative, descriptive and follow Company's policy and proceduresAbout UsThe Center at Tucson is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care.
