Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide specialized emergency nursing care to patients in high-pressure environments, ensuring immediate assessment and intervention. Deliver compassionate, efficient care to stabilize patients and support overall emergency department operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients promptly upon arrival to determine severity of condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vitals and observe clinical symptoms continuously.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information and treatments accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Strongly prefer at least 2 years of emergency department nursing experience.
• Maintain active RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday shifts as required.
• Capable of managing a fast-paced, high-stress environment without blocked schedules.
