Aerospace Production Manager: Lead Lean Operations
NWI Aero
NWI Aerostructures is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead assembly and production operations at the Nashville facility. You will oversee painting and processing departments, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Quality, Industrial, and Manufacturing engineering to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of related experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.
