CLIENT SERVICES OPERATIONS 63-75k + Bonus (Chicago) Analyzing and executing tasks involving firm accounts and investments, Client Service, Account Set-up, Maintenance & Analysis, Investment Documentation & Funding, This role will be assigned specific families and is responsible for analyzing and executing tasks involving the client accounts and investments. A bachelor’s degree A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a service role Positive can-do attitude, along with a good sense of customer service Strong communicator (oral and written) and firm believer in teamwork Independently motivated and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF Pro Experience working with CRM; Salesforce is desirable · Investment Management & Private Equity Partnership Firm · Financial Services firm 2 billion Assets Under Management (AUM's) · Traditional and Alternative Investment strategies · Exceptional Executive Team with proven strategy success · Position has excellent exposure and will work closely with Senior Reporting Accountants, Trading Associates, Client Service Specialists, Financial Advisors · Career growth available as firm surpasses 2 billion in Assets Managed: Bonus typically starts around 10-15% of base salary $50 per month phone/internet stipend $500 towards a new phone every two years Currently working 3 days in office, 2 days remote 20 days PTO – 25 after 5 years $950 towards medical/dental/vision insurance premiums 12 paid Holidays Gym and locker rooms in the building – no cost to employees Roof top deck Generous supply of snacks and drinks Monday lunches Annual Ski trip – Client pays for lodging and food, employees pays for transportation and activity costs Monthly staff outings Chicago Financial Services Operations, Client Service or Fund Accounting network!
