For information about our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit Your Day at Lowe's As a warehouse FDC Inbound Coordinator, you'll build a range of skills and play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores, customers, and communities receive the products they need. You will be expected to consistently perform your tasks efficiently and work with others as part of a team. In addition, all team members are expected to follow safety regulations and procedures. Warehouse FDC Inbound Coordinators work in diverse departments, each contributing to our supply chain operations. These departments include Building, Shipping, and Receiving. Key Responsibilities

• Verifies purchase orders (P.O.) in the system against what the corporate office requisitioned

• Monitors inbound flow against inventory max-caps to ensure vendor compliance

• Coordinates and checks in drivers as they arrive at the FDC for appointment times
• Schedules railcars with railroad and keeps rail log records
• Signs out driver bills of lading (BOL)
• Files daily receiving paperwork and extra labor and damage debit memos
• Communicates tallies with discrepancies to operations coach for verification and notating on BOL
• Checks in railcars as they arrive; updates warehouse management system
• Resolves any issues in the warehouse management system regarding unloading product
• Sets up associates for success; ensures associates have a steady workload throughout the day for receiving and unloading product into the facility
• Schedules appointment times with the vendors to unload product

Minimum Qualifications

• FDC Inbound Coordinators may work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with voluntary and scheduled overtime as needed (additional pay for overtime).
• Physical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility, lift up to 70 pounds, and operate power equipment.
• Adherence to safety protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, from extreme temperatures to noisy environments.
• Strong safety orientation and ability to work independently or within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in distribution center operations or warehouse settings.
• Proficiency in operating power equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck).
• Detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and computer skills.
• Spatial reasoning for effective product positioning.

Schedule Requirements

• Available to work a set schedule that may be changed by management based on the facility's needs.
• May be asked to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends based on the facility's needs.

Working Conditions Environmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment. Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 70 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 70 pounds or when needed.
