Description/Notes: PRIMARY PURPOSE In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the Principal job description, the Principal at a School Improvement campus leads continuous improvement efforts to accelerate student achievement, strengthen instructional excellence, develop staff capacity, and foster meaningful family and community partnerships that support student success.
SUPPLEMENTAL COMPETENCIES The Principal demonstrates the ability to: ● Lead continuous school improvement through strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring. ● Use multiple sources of data to drive instructional and organizational decisions. ● Develop leadership capacity through coaching, feedback, and professional learning. ● Build sustainable systems that ensure consistent implementation and measurable student growth. ● Foster authentic partnerships with families and the community. ● Lead organizational change with resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth.
SUPPLEMENTAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES Preferred Education/Certification/Experience ● Campus principal experience with demonstrated success improving student achievement. ● Experience leading school improvement, turnaround initiatives, or serving Title I or similarly diverse student populations.
Salary Range:$95,869 + approved work experience
**Position compensation will include a supplemental incentive based on improved academic performance.
