Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Pediatric experience required

Assignment Details
Schedule options include 4 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 5 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Outpatient pediatric and neuro patient population
Completes evaluations and treatments
Supervises support staff, including PTA
Works closely with the multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment when indicated
