We are seeking a Pediatric ENT Physician PRN to join our team. We welcome an experienced BC practitioner or a new BC/BE graduate. Qualifications MD/DO BC/BE Pediatric Otolaryngology NM Medical License Responsibilities Oversees and is accountable for the overall quality of care and clinical outcomes of pediatric ENT patients, delivered by an interdisciplinary team to assure high quality patient care and outcomes. Manages the physician/patient relationship, working to assure patient and family satisfaction with care. Participates in system‑wide health management initiatives. Provides input into the practice site’s financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues. Assists in the development and implementation of pediatric clinical and service standards. Receives and resolves patient complaints. Participates in the recruitment and replacement of other providers. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in‑services, and workshops. Consults with and advises other providers regarding optimal and cost‑effective treatment of pediatric patients. Works to assure patient satisfaction with care. Participates in team and multispecialty group meetings. Maintains coding and encounter data standards for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and reimbursement level, including legible documentation. Assists in leading the Advanced Practice Clinicians in delivering appropriate patient education and care. Performs other functions as required.
