Job Summary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Austin, Texas. This contract role involves providing specialized care in a Level 3 NICU setting, supporting critically ill neonatal patients. The assignment is scheduled for approximately 13 weeks, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Job Details Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and NRP; an active RN license; at least 2 years of NICU experience in a Level 3 facility; placement in Austin, Texas Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multiple NICU procedures; previous travel experience; friendly, outgoing, compassionate personality; navy scrubs, no artificial nails or nail polish Unit capacity: approximately 97 beds, staffed by 200 professionals; equipment includes medfusion pumps, alaris infusion devices, giraffe isotones, and GE monitors.
