Hierbij wordt sterk ingezet op modernisering van de IT-omgeving, datagedreven werken en het verder professionaliseren van samenwerkingstechnologieën. Opdrachtomschrijving Voor een tijdelijk project binnen de IT-afdeling wordt gezocht naar een ervaren Microsoft 365 specialist die een belangrijke rol speelt in de modernisering van de digitale werkplek en samenwerkingsomgeving. Verantwoordelijkheden Ontwerpen en implementeren van een moderne Microsoft 365 werkomgeving; Begeleiden van de overgang naar een nieuwe digitale samenwerkingsstructuur; Adviseren van interne teams over digitale samenwerking, informatiebeheer en archivering; Technische inrichting en koppelingen met externe systemen; Uitvoeren van configuratie-, migratie- en implementatieactiviteiten; Ondersteunen van projectmanagement en beheerprocessen; Kennisoverdracht richting operationele IT-teams; Migratie van bestaande dataomgevingen naar Microsoft Teams en SharePoint. Gewenste resultaten Ontwerp van verschillende samenwerkingsstructuren binnen Microsoft Teams; Migratieplanning en afspraken per organisatieonderdeel; Migratieplannen inclusief data-overzicht; Adoptie- en communicatieplan inclusief ondersteunend materiaal zoals handleidingen, FAQ’s en presentaties. Gevraagde competenties Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; Een gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte werkwijze; Vermogen om technische oplossingen functioneel te vertalen naar de organisatie; Ervaring met verandertrajecten en digitale samenwerking. Vereiste ervaring en kennis HBO werk- en denkniveau; Meerdere jaren ervaring als Microsoft 365 consultant/architect; Ervaring met enterprise architectuur; Kennis van migraties naar cloudomgevingen; Ervaring met samenwerkingstools, archivering en identity-oplossingen.
