Construction Site Supervisor

Job Duties

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to run multiple job sites and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations across 12+ active sites in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

If you know construction inside and out, lead from the front, and can handle pressure while keeping crews productive, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Oversee daily operations on multiple construction sites

-Work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members

-Plan and coordinate construction activities and schedules

-Supervise crews and hold them accountable for quality, safety, and productivity

-Track job progress and report updates, issues, and solutions

-Schedule and manage inspections

-Enforce safety rules and quality standards on every job site

-Order materials, tools, and equipment; track inventory and maintenance

-Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

-Troubleshoot problems and handle on-site issues or emergencies as they arise

-Jump in and work hands-on when needed—lead by example

Schedule:

-10 hour shifts, Mon- Thurs

-Occasional overtime and Friday work

-Day shift

-No weekends

Minimum Education Required

Highschool Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience Required

What We’re Looking For:

-5+ years of previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or similar role

-Strong understanding of construction methods, job sequencing, and site operations

-Knowledge of local safety, health, and quality regulations

-Ability to manage multiple jobs at once without losing control

-Solid communication skills—you can deal with crews, subs, and clients professionally

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to keep teams motivated and productive
